As a son, I have the ear of my Father.

He Hears You

Let’s settle this once and for all: God hears you. Period.

13-15 My purpose in writing is simply this: that you who believe in God’s Son will know beyond the shadow of a doubt that you have eternal life, the reality and not the illusion. And how bold and free we then become in his presence, freely asking according to his will, sure that he’s listening. And if we’re confident that he’s listening, we know that what we’ve asked for is as good as ours.

1 John 5:13-15, Message

Deaf Ear

Your Father never turns a deaf ear to you.

A. He loves you too much to do that.
B. He isn’t deaf.

Because He is a good father He wants to hear what you have to say.

There are times in my home when all 4 of my kids are being loud, I just want to ignore them. Ignoring them is better than lashing out at them. No matter how whiny, annoying, or angry they are I cannot ignore them. I can’t. It would be like me ignoring my right arm. They are a part of me. No matter how ungrateful or whiny I am, God doesn’t ignore me.

You can know that God hears you because you are His.
